1. Introduction

3. Services
PrintsLab offers design and consulting sessions focused on Print lab small templates. Sessions are scheduled based on availability and confirmed upon receipt of payment.
3.1 Modification and Transfer
Customers may request a schedule change up to 24 hours before a session by contacting us. Requests made within 24 hours may incur a processing fee due to staff allocation. Alternatively, sessions may be transferred to another date or participant free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
3.2 Refund Policy for Services
If PrintsLab cancels a session, a full refund will be issued via the original payment channel within 7 business days. If a customer cancels a session at least 72 hours in advance, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a session are not eligible for a refund, as resources are committed upon scheduling.
Certain on-demand sessions with immediate resource allocation are deemed final sale and are not eligible for a refund. This policy ensures commitment of specialized personnel and tools immediately upon purchase.
4. Info Products
Info Products consist of digital templates and guides accessible via download. All sales are final once access is granted. If technical issues prevent access, please notify PrintsLab. We will attempt to restore access within 5 business days. If access cannot be restored, a partial refund or credit voucher may be issued at our discretion.
5. Goods
Goods include printed templates and physical merchandise shipped to the customer. Each item is inspected before dispatch. If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify PrintsLab within 5 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the sent back item in its original condition, you may choose a replacement or a credit toward a future purchase. Shipping expenses are not reimbursed unless the error is on our part.
6. Payment Terms
All fees are due at the time of purchase. We accept major card payments and online transaction services. Orders remain pending until payment is successfully processed. PrintsLab reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order with unsuccessful payment.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by PrintsLab are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use templates for personal or commercial projects. Unauthorized distribution, resale, or sharing is prohibited.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
Services and products are provided as is, without warranty of specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PrintsLab’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service, info product, or good. PrintsLab is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
PrintsLab may update these terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting to PrintsLab.link. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
